How bringing a mascot to a brand can have a huge impact - the story of Don Choco The Sloth!

Over the past 2 months, we collaborated with Ritter Sport to share their new mascot Don Choco!

Don Choco is an all singing, all dancing sloth (literally), who has taken over as the face of the brand, and has really taken Ritter Sport’s social media by storm! We worked hard to generate engaging and unique content to show Don Choco’s personality, and how he has been introduced to the brand.

Our Approach

Creating a friendly and loveable face on Ritter Sport platforms, Don Choco has given the brand a whole new take on brand recognition and familiarity because let’s be honest, who could forget Don Choco The Sloth?

Don Choco isn’t just a sloth, he’s a performer. He brings light to the world, both in person and online. You’ll find Don busking on the street, handing out Ritter Sport chocolate to fans and taking part in TikTok trends. Throughout the campaign we honed in on his personality, captured him in the most TikTok of lights and evolved his musical nature on the platform, all within the space of 2 months.

We worked with 6 creators to help amplify the brand message. These ranged from family budgeters to music video creators to ensure we were focussing not only on Don Choco and his song, but the Ritter Sport chocolate too.
